Terms for Purchasing, Downloading and Using TeachFrame Resources.

Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to TeachFrame. These Terms of Use apply when you purchase, download, access or use a TeachFrame digital product or related resource.

In these Terms, “TeachFrame”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kobie Kleynhans trading as TeachFrame, currently operated as a sole proprietorship in South Africa.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Where a written quotation, invoice, product licence or separate agreement provides additional or different usage rights, that written document must be read together with these Terms.

Licence and Usage Rights

Single Educator, Single Class or Classroom

Unless a different written licence applies, each product is licensed to one educator for use in one class or classroom only.

The licensed educator may use the product repeatedly with learners in that licensed class or classroom.

Printed Classroom Copies

The licensed educator may print or photocopy learner pages for learners in their own licensed class only.

Printed copies may not be produced for another educator, class, school, tutoring service, organisation or member of the public unless the applicable licence expressly allows it.

Ownership Is Not Transferred

Purchasing a product gives the purchaser limited usage rights. It does not transfer ownership, copyright or any other intellectual-property rights.

Additional Classes, Classrooms and Educators

An additional licence is required when the product will be used by:

• another educator;
• another class or classroom;
• another stream;
• a grade team;
• more than one teaching site; or
• any user not covered by the original licence.

This requirement also applies where the same educator uses the product with more than one separate class, stream or classroom.

Additional usage rights must be confirmed in writing before the product is shared or used by another educator or class.

Schools, Institutions and Organisations

Schools

Schools must ensure that every educator and every class using the product is covered by a valid individual, additional-user, grade-team or school licence.

A purchase made by a school does not automatically grant unlimited whole-school use unless the written quotation, invoice or licence expressly provides those rights.

Online Institutions and Platforms

Online schools, tutoring services, training providers, resource platforms, websites, applications and similar services may not use, upload, display, share or distribute TeachFrame resources without prior written approval and a separate licensing arrangement.

Multiple Sites

A school or organisation licence is limited to the educators, classes, sites and products identified in the applicable written licence or agreement.

Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, post, publish, resell, give away or otherwise redistribute the files;
• send the files to another educator, school, parent, tutor, organisation, online group or member of the public;
• upload the files to Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, Moodle, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, shared folders, email lists or similar platforms where unlicensed users can access, copy or download them;
• make the files available through a school server, learning-management system, intranet or online platform unless the applicable licence expressly allows it;
• remove or hide copyright notices, branding, watermarks, licence information or Terms of Use pages;
• claim the resources, ideas, activities, layouts, images, text or teaching content as your own;
• sell or distribute printed copies outside the licensed class;
• extract substantial parts of a product for redistribution or publication; or
• use the resources to create a competing commercial product, service, course or resource collection.

Modification and Derivative Works

TeachFrame resources may not be modified, adapted, copied, reproduced, translated, redesigned or used as a template to create new versions for sharing, sale, publication or distribution.

This restriction applies to the complete product and to individual components, including lesson plans, learner pages, assessments, activities, layouts, tables, illustrations, teacher guidance and memoranda.

Limited Personal Classroom Adjustments

The licensed educator may add personal classroom notes or make minor adjustments for implementation in their own licensed classroom.

These limited adjustments do not transfer ownership and may not be shared, published, uploaded, sold or distributed.

Intellectual Property

All TeachFrame digital products and related materials, including their text, activities, structures, layouts, images, worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, memoranda, classroom resources and associated files, remain protected intellectual property.

Purchasing or receiving a product grants only the limited licence described in these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

No copyright, ownership, trademark right or right to create derivative commercial works is transferred to the purchaser or user.

Accounts, Downloads and File Security

Download-link Expiry

Customers are responsible for downloading all purchased files within this 30-day period.

Customers should save the downloaded files in a secure location and keep an appropriate backup copy for their own licensed use.

Once the 30-day period has expired, the original download link may no longer provide access to the files.

If a download link has expired, the purchaser may contact TeachFrame support. Any link reactivation or replacement download is subject to verification of the original order, purchaser details and applicable licence.

TeachFrame does not guarantee indefinite access to previously issued download links. Customers remain responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files during the stated access period.

Account and Download-link Security

You are responsible for keeping your account information, passwords, order emails and download links secure.

Download links and account access may not be shared with another person.

Where TeachFrame provides access through a customer account, the purchaser must use the account only for the licensed purpose and users.

Suspected unauthorised sharing, unusual download activity or use outside the licence scope may result in access being temporarily restricted while the matter is investigated.

Do not send passwords, banking login details, one-time PINs or other sensitive access information when requesting support.

Technical Requirements and File Use

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that their device and software can open and use the file formats identified on the applicable product page.

Files must be downloaded completely before they are opened. TeachFrame is not responsible for problems caused by incompatible, outdated or unsupported third-party software or devices.

Where a genuine file defect or incomplete download is reported, the purchaser should provide the product name, order information, filename, device details and a clear description of the problem.

Refunds, Cancellations and Digital Products

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the Refund Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

Because TeachFrame products are digital products, the status of the order, whether files have been accessed or downloaded, the nature of the problem and the applicable licence conditions may be relevant when a request is considered.

A technical problem should first be reported through the Help and Support process so that TeachFrame has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct a genuine file or delivery problem.

Suspension or Termination of Licence

TeachFrame may suspend account access, download access or usage rights where there is reasonable evidence of:

• unauthorised sharing or redistribution;
• use outside the purchased licence;
• fraudulent purchasing or payment activity;
• unauthorised resale or publication;
• material infringement of intellectual property; or
• a serious breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, TeachFrame may request further information or allow the purchaser an opportunity to correct the licence position.

Termination of usage rights does not transfer ownership or permit continued use of unauthorised copies.

Questions and Licence Enquiries

Contact TeachFrame before sharing a product or extending its use to another educator, class, school, organisation or online platform.

Contact TeachFrame support if you experience a genuine download problem or if a verified download link has expired.
