This policy explains how TeachFrame handles cancellations, refund requests and problems with digital downloads. It applies together with our Terms of Use, the applicable product page and the licence selected at purchase.
In this policy, “TeachFrame”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kobie Kleynhans trading as TeachFrame, currently operated as a sole proprietorship in South Africa.
1. Scope
TeachFrame supplies digital teaching resources and limited usage licences. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
2. EFT Orders and Cancellation Before Payment
- An EFT order remains on hold until the payment reflects in TeachFrame’s bank account and has been verified.
- Use the WooCommerce order number as the EFT payment reference.
- Digital downloads are not released on the strength of a payment notification alone.
- You may request cancellation before payment is verified. No cancellation fee applies to an unpaid order.
- An unpaid order may be cancelled if payment is not received within the period stated at checkout, on the order email or on the invoice.
3. Digital Products and Change-of-mind Requests
Please check the grade, subject, language, term, file format, licence and technical requirements before placing an order.
If no file has been accessed or downloaded, contact TeachFrame promptly. A cancellation or refund request will be assessed according to the order status, the product, the applicable licence and South African law.
Once a digital file or download link has been accessed, or the product has been downloaded, a change-of-mind refund will generally not be offered where the law permits because access to a digital resource cannot practically be returned. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. When TeachFrame Will Provide a Remedy
Please contact us if:
- the wrong file was supplied;
- a file is corrupt, incomplete or cannot be downloaded because of a TeachFrame delivery fault;
- the product materially differs from its published description;
- the same order was paid more than once;
- a paid product cannot be supplied; or
- a genuine technical defect cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may be a corrected or replacement file, restored download access, practical technical assistance, a credit agreed with the customer, or a full or partial refund.
5. Requests That Are Not Normally Refundable
Subject always to applicable law, a refund will not normally be approved solely because:
- the customer changed their mind after accessing or downloading the product;
- the customer purchased the wrong grade, subject, language, term or licence and then accessed the files;
- the customer’s device or software is incompatible where the product page disclosed the relevant requirements;
- the customer did not download the files within the stated download period;
- the files were shared, redistributed or used outside the purchased licence; or
- the customer no longer needs the resource.
